Shipping & Returns
All RED3 shipping totals which appear online or that are given verbally are estimates only and are not finalized until the order has shipped or an exact fright quote is given. For an exact shipping total prior to your order being processed please follow the instructions below.
If the actual shipping cost of the item(s) is more than the estimated shipping cost, RED3 will notify the customer before shipping the order to get final approval.
RED3 will contact customers that purchase bulk items which must ship by LTL Freight Truck (common carrier methods other than ups or fed ex) for a shipping cost approval prior to processing the ship cost.
RED3 will try to ship all orders complete. In the event that some of the items are on back order, RED3 will hold the order until all items can be shipped together unless the customer gives RED3 the approval to do otherwise. Note: Sending back ordered items separately will incur additional shipping charges that will be added to the original freight total. If items in an order are being sent from different distribution centers, they will be sent as they become available. Items from one distribution center will not be held for back ordered items being sent from another distribution center.
Please note that shipping rates for items we sell are determined by relative distance and weight. If for any reason you suspect a shipping estimate is in error, please contact us at 877-701-9415.
RED3 product prices do not include export duties, special handling, fuel surcharges, shipping or freight charges or taxes such as sales, use, license, excise or other taxes with respect to the manufacture, sale or delivery of goods, all of which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Weights and measurements may change in the future due to changes in suppliers and/or packaging. Customer will be notified of any changes for approval.
Shipments will be made via the most reasonable methods as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of RED3. RED3 will have the sole and absolute discretion to select the method of shipment, routing of shipment, point of origin of shipment and selection of carrier. Shipping and delivery dates given by RED3 are ESTIMATES ONLY, based on factors in existence at the time such estimates are made. RED3 will not be liable for damages due to the delay in, or the inability to complete, the manufacture and delivery of goods due to labor difficulties, weather, Acts of God, governmental acts or regulations, shipping delays, inability to obtain equipment or material from the sources of supply, or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of RED3. On all orders placed via the internet, shipping charges will be added BEFORE shipping of order. We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option. It may not be possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.
RED3 will do its best to determine the closest shipping location to you, the customer, to obtain the lowest shipping rate. Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are determined by relative distance and weight.
FOR AN EXACT SHIPPING RATE PRIOR TO YOUR ORDER BEING PROCESSED, please call 877-701-9415 and ask one of our experts for assistance with an exact shipping rate. Depending on the items ordered, requesting an Exact Shipping Rate could delay your order from being processed by 1-2 business days. If we are not contacted by you, the customer, we will assume that the estimated shipping cost is agreeable, ship the order and charge you accordingly.
If you plan to order a bulk item or numerous mannequin displays (more than 4 units) – We highly recommend you do NOT place the order online but over the phone. Our reps may be able to negotiate a less expensive shipping method with an LTL carrier if your items are crated or palletized versus shipping individual boxes using FedEx or UPS.
UPS or FedEx - The majority of our merchandise is shipped by a common carrier (UPS or FedEx).
RED3 will estimate the charges for customers paying online. If the ship rate turns out to be different, we will contact the customer prior to shipping out for approval. Some packaging and handling fees may apply on certain products. In some cases, it is also possible for customers to use their own UPS or FedEx shipping accounts to pay for the shipping charges for their order. Please call 877-701-9415 and ask one of our experts for assistance in determining whether or not your order can be shipped using your company shipping account. RED3 does not charge any additional freight fees to customers using their own business shipping account. Note: All small order and special packing charges will still apply to any orders be shipped on customer shipping accounts.
LTL Freight Trucks - For merchandise that is either too big or too heavy for UPS and FedEx RED3 will ship through various LTL freight companies (Yellow, Estes, Roadway, Conway, etc.). We will determine the size, weight, and class and ship according to freight guidelines. In some cases it is also possible for customers to use their own LTL shipping accounts to pay for the shipping charges for their order. Please call 877-701-9415 and ask one of our Reps for assistance in determining whether or not your order can be shipped using your company shipping account. RED3 does not charge any additional freight fees to customers using their own business shipping account. Note: All small order and special packing charges will still apply to any orders be shipped on customer shipping accounts.

Returns & Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of placing the order if the order has Not already shipped. Note: Most stock items ordered are processed and shipped out within 24 - 48 hours from the time the order is placed. Thus, the majority of the items on our website CANNOT be returned without the customer being responsible for the return shipping fee and restocking charges. Please contact us with at 877-701-9415 with any questions regarding our return policy.
Custom made or branded items CANNOT be returned. PLEASE CAREFULLY CONSIDER YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE ORDERING.
RED3 does not guarantee delivery times or delivery dates. Delivery times and dates are the responsibility of the shipping agent. Thus, delivery times or delivery dates DO NOT constitute a reason for returning merchandise that is either already been shipped, delayed by the carrier, deemed not returnable or requested to be canceled after 72 hours from the date the order was placed.
For merchandise that is returnable, returns must be made within 10 business days of the date of the invoice. No exceptions shall be made on the date. Returned items must be in the original cartons and in new condition to receive a refund. Damage caused by the freight company on a return will be the responsibility of the customer to handle including filing a claim with the carrier. We will not accept any returned item in less than new condition.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge and the customer MUST pay ALL shipping charges. Do not ship any merchandise back to RED3 main facilities in San Diego. Please call 877-701-9415 for any questions regarding returns. If the item is returnable, a return authorization number will be given to you at that time.
If Shipping Damages or Shortages Occur:
RED3 is NOT responsible for any damages that occur during transit if the customer set-up shipping with their own carrier or freight company. The customer must file their own claim form to be reimbursed. We are not responsible for the decision made by the freight company on any amount they choose to reward on the claim even if it comes up lower than what the customer paid.
UPS or FedEx - Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery for damage or shortage. Please call RED3 at 877-701-9415 to dispatch UPS or FedEx for an inspection of the damage and to have it returned. DO NOT throw away shipping boxes or packing materials. UPS or FedEx will need to inspect these to process your claim.
Freight Truck - RED3 does not accept liability for damages caused during transit by any common carrier (LTL freight truck company) that we set-up if customer does not inspect for damage prior to signing the bill of lading accepting the shipment as undamaged. The customer must file a claim with the common carrier to be reimbursed for any damaged goods. INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGES BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT (BILL OF LADING). Customer must note any damage on the bill of lading when accepting a shipment or the carrier will not assume responsibility for the damage and refuse to reimburse you, the customer, for the damage. Concealed damage must be reported within 5 calendar days of receipt to the common carrier. DO NOT throw away shipping boxes or packing materials. All cartons & packaging materials must be available for inspection and claims consideration. No exceptions. Note: If Driver will not let you thoroughly inspect your shipment before leaving, SIGN THE BILL OF LADING AS DAMAGED to protect yourself.
LTL Freight Trucks (Common Carrier):
Please be aware that the common carrier driver is only responsible for having the shipment delivered at the tailgate of their truck, or Lift Gate Delivery (as explained further below). It is up to you, the receiver, to arrange removal from the truck to the inside of your building. You may however, for an additional charge, specify inside delivery, or Commercial Dock to Dock delivery (as explained further below). You may also request at an additional charge to have the common carrier driver call 24 hours before delivery so you may arrange for help at the delivery site for unloading the shipment. RED3 does not guarantee delivery times or dates. Delivery times and dates are the responsibility of the shipping agent.
Lift Gate Delivery - Truck used for delivery will have a lift gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Customer is responsible for moving product(s) inside home or business.
Commercial Dock to Dock - Commercial Business with a 48” high loading dock for receiving truck/freight trailers.
Restricted Shipping Locations:
Unfortunately, some items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO destinations. Or shipping method choices may be limited.
